A friend suggests this every time we're in Cyrodiil and see the hoppers. Cant see a good reason to object to it.
As someone said at the least its immersion breaking even if it's not really giving them any practical advantage.

it does have several advantages, and it needs to be looked at and given a stamina cost.

I never had problem to kill jumping people and jumping never saved my life from a mistake in pve.
Im tempted to make a thread sayin "Remove jumping from the game"
Because that request would be more in line to generally made suggestion on these forums.
