Matchmaking algorithm should always backfill when players leave.

    It's a serious problem. 1/3 of my games tonight were like this.

    On console, many players are quitting due to performance.

    In the last few months I've seen a 3 guild conglomerate down to 1 guild and constantly doing the "lf X for X trial" and struggling to fill, had my friends list turn into a ghost town, another 2 guild setup bust down to 1 and struggle to fill trials, continually encounter broken population reporting in Cyro and IC, and consistently end up solo, much like your shots above, in BGs. With 2 of the other 3 guilds I'm in turn into ghost towns as well.

    People are also now experiencing crashes and performance issues on the regular in PvE, not just PvP.

    All this and we're still over here in Blackwood limbo on console. We don't even have the new sets yet.

    Backfill does happen. I'm certain because I was dropped in the middle of game a few times.

    But I wonder if they have different queues based on MMR range, because my games are becoming harder and harder the more I play, and it's not due to my teammates.

    Yup. I just can't PvP with Dark Convergence existing in its current form. Every PvP fight just turns into "dodge roll out of Dark Convergence non-stop." It isn't engaging. It isn't fun. That one set has turned me from a PvP lover to making me never want to touch PvP until they patch that set out of the game.

    I tried Ravenwatch and IC No-CP and there's even less players than battlegrounds.

    PvP is in a bad state.

    Vat DW is feast or famine, not really cheese, it doesn't line up most of the time.

    I prefer the (theoretical) build diversity of CP, I just wish zos would actually put some effort into balance

    The dw won't drop for me but I like the concept of it. Yeah I understand, was just funny to see 18k from it.
    Fair enough. I've tried cp and no cp is just far more enjoyable to me, even more so with the current proc sets.

    I have very little trouble getting away from the new sets, but then again try to avoid deathmatches and such. I play a tank so can escape Dark Convergence is just a matter of poofing mist form briefly or shield wall to block it, also some potions t you move away from it rather easily and so on. Basically just treating players like some undergone bosses now. which is handy for objective matches


    Sorry for typos and errors, but yeah matches should end if one team is empty or only has one on it for 5 ins or so.
