Underground Army - Bots!

Thanks to Zenimax it is now possible to do public instances again as the bots there has been cleaned.
But what are they upto now ? The video below was taken in Rivenspire
There were lots of invisible bots running around, even in a quest instance where there is nothing to loot (only a few mobs) nor harvesting nodes. Even though it was funny to see them burn in lava (mainly you could only hear the dying sounds as they were under the lava somewhere) I had no idea what they were doing there (can't remember the quest name, it was Edralds Estate quest line)
On the wayshire nearby there are continous stream of lvl 1-10ish bots spawning at the wayshire and then disappearing, are they power leveling by moving from wayshire to wayshire and getting the exploration experience ?

Wouldnt it be funny if ZOS just blanket banned everyone entering a wayshrine with soulshriven clothes?0 -
Yankee✭✭✭✭If they are spawning at the shrine with half health, then they are coming back from dying right? Maybe ZOS decided to transport them to underground lava beds. Fire and brimstone and all that stuff.
Would be funny if ZOS wrote a script to cycle them from respawn to lava over and over. Seems fair. Bot writes scripts, developer writes scripts.
