    For those who don't know the countries that qualify are:
    The United States, Belgium, Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the Russian Federation, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

    The reason for this isn't because ZOS only likes certain countries but because of lottery/ gambling laws. e.g. Quebec

    Following all the procedures to host a sweepstake in Quebec would be prohibivately costly for a Twitter giveaway.

    Oh, I see now. Is there a way to participate that doesn't require a social media account? (sorry, never in a million years will I participate in social media of any kind, it's pure poison in every way)

    I'm always a little surprised when ESO manages to include all 50 states. I do see that Alabama, Nebraska, and Mississippi have age requirements.

    Yeah, it's a social media thing. Which makes it even less likely than me doing a PvP activity.

    Luckily all (most?) of the prizes appear to be digital.

    This is one time I wish I didn't detest social media so much because I do love metal and am a fan of Trivium, and this sounds like fun. Maybe I'll break down and give it a try.

    And quite funnily "some players" are always having issues, while "everybody" can take part in their promotional events. Guess they forgot to switch a word there.

    I'm looking forward to some nice downtime involving me+water+fish, and nothing else ;p

    I still find it a bit hillarious that Austria is not in the list when almost all of its neigbors are supported. Feeling like a 3rd-world part in the ESO community ...

    But as this affect social-media, I wouldn't have interest in taking part in that nonsense either way.

    It's funny you said that because I participate in a lot of contests, giveaways and so in other games, have won IRL and in-game stuff (like in Fall Guys, Doom Eternal from BETHESDA) and I receive prizes and gifts constantly, however in TESO...

    Also, I can get pets, crown crates an so from Twitch or YouTube, I can even PARTICIPATE AND WIN stuff (tourchbugs) too, BUT I can't get these prizes?

    It's not our countries, it's they way ZOS sets up these contests. ;)
