Cannot access DLC/Expansions despite owning the Blackwood collection

Hi,

I own the blackwood collection, however ingame it will not show me as having any of the expansions to be able to access them as it wasnts me to repurchase them again. I have also not been given any of the items either.

Billing history shows it in there but it doesn't seem to register that I own it ingame

You don’t get access to DLC with the Collection except for previous chapters (Morrowind, Summerset, Elsweyr and Greymoor) now sold as DLC in the Crown Store. Expansions originally released as DLC (Orsinium, Murkmire, Dragonhold, &c.) aren’t included.

I'm aware of that I'm specifcally saying I cannot access the morrowind, summerset, elsweyr, greymoor and blackwood areas despite owning the collection.
