Hi, i'm unable to logging in the game...

I can go to the charcacter selection screen, select a character and click in "play", them a loading screen comes and after some time i'm redirected to the game login screen with the error.

"An error has ocurred. Please wait a few minutes and log in again"

I'm already like 1 hour trying to log in and receiving this error... please fix it assap...
