It’s not just the amount of effects, it’s also the design of the effects. ESO seems unique in the way its effects obscure what is going on. The smoke, blur, blinding lights... these are not necessary just to give a visual clue of a skill. Zos could make it much cleaner.
Last night I was tanking in vet dungeons and had not only a daedroth in between me and the boss but a damn dwarven air atronarch thing there too (what set does that come from btw, never seen it before)
I couldn't see a damn thing!
