Error: Saving Billing Address Failed

I'm trying to renew my ESO Plus subscription, but when I confirm my billing address I get the following message: Error: Saving billing address failed. Does anyone know a way around this, or is this a known issue and they are working on it? Thanks in advance!

    Okay, for some strange reason if finally went through. Not sure what I did differently, but problem solved!
