Will there ever be other kinds of mounts available in the game besides horses? I'm hoping for Senche-raht myself

Sarenia✭✭✭✭✭I may be weird, but I'd actually be content if all we ever have are horses, maybe at most some other relatively mundane stuff like the hinted bear mount. Unicorns, dragons, and draegloth mounts... not so much.

The furthest I can imagine from Eso is maybe Dwemer mechanical mounts, Big wolves, bears etc...but they don't exactly fit the game since they have never been used that way in any TES game.1 -

Personally I would not mind seeing something else than horses but it needs to fit in the game. So maybe possible mounts Bear, Senche Tiger, Guar, Wamasu. And no Khajiits are not mounts even though someone would have liked to ride one based on the discussions during beta.

Lazarus_Long✭✭✭I would like mounts to remain just horses. I would love a pack guar though. It could follow me around and carry my stuff and I could feed it crawlers and worms. I could make armor for it out of daedra husks, carapaces, and foul hides. When I died in battle it could mourn me if I have been a good master and do a little dance if I was a bad master.

They probably have nothing planned and nothing in the works for mounts in the future.
Mounts are awesome.. anyone who complains and then references wow or another mmo that used them as a piggy bank.. is just silly.
You can't complain about something the game doesn't even have, not even on the PTS, then give a list of what kinda of mounts you would want.. are you like missing a chunk of the brain power?
On a side note, It's an MMO, the Lore can be bent..twisted..melted..broken, and somehow be able to fit into the game, i mean.. look at Cyradiil.. lol.
So mounts.. any and all.. should be welcomed, you don't have to buy the ones you don't want, so just shutup and play the game right?5 -

+1 to Senche-Raht as it seems to be just what I was looking for while mentioning tiger though tigers are in the game already and are pretty small for the purpose.

✭✭✭Variety is the spice of life and I'd like to see a few different mounts (much as I love horses!) - as long as they fit with the setting of course.
Perhaps senche tigers could be available from Elsweyr stables, guar from Morrowind, camels from the Alik'r desert, etc.

Abigail✭✭✭✭✭I'm good with horses only and the few mounts already in previous ES lore. That said, I do hope we can get horses that resemble something other than oversized Shetland ponies. And, frankly, the Palomino looks like it ought to be pulling a Budweiser beer wagon.
One of the things I like most about ES is, as a fantasy game, the writers/developers have done a pretty good job keeping it relevant and not letting it become too much like a comic book.0 -

Well yes but I think in the posts in forums on beta the person mean to piggybag Khajiit walking on 2 legs.
