happened something with the droprate of Hackwing plumage or is it just bad luck for this one? Tried it this week and got less than usual in the dailie reward box, nearly nothing

✭✭✭I don't know about drop rate, but you might have better luck buying Champion of the Hist armor/weapons then deconning for a chance for the mat. Looks like pieces sell for pretty cheap if you don't want to buy the mat from traders.1
