Quests in Grahtwood that are extremely broken.
1) Forgotten Soul - Unable to use the central Welkynd stone preventing the quest from progressing.
2) Wanted: Sgolag - Unable to loot the head from him preventing progression.
3) Unsafe Haven - Unable to investigate Jeer-Tei preventing progression.
Not being able to do these quests makes it extremely difficult to get to the right level to be able to do the 20+ quests that are further in the zone.

The first of these 2 quests have been fixed (in my experience) Though Sgolag has the nasty tendency to be able to walk through rocks.. or rather, die inside them.The madness that stalks from the shrouds....0 -
KogniSoul ShrivenI found this thread while googling how to find Sgolag. The quest is NOT fixed, he is NOT spawning properly. Me and several other players have been waiting for him a long time with no spawns at all.0

AzraelJPSoul ShrivenGuys i did the sgolag quest yesterday. I did not need to loot the head to complete the quest. I only killed sgolag and after that talk to the liutanant in elden root. So i do not know if this is a bug or if this is a fix for the quest.0

✭✭Can I add the Blacksap quest where the portal at the end does not transport you to Maeroth so you do all the work and don't get the reward.0 -

I can second this.....and I also assume this means that the achieve for the dungeon cannot be gotten either until the quest is completed. I can add this to the list of mini boss fights that are buggy as (rhymes with well) that I hope get fixed. Lesser Circle in Alik'r, Summoner's Camp in Bangkorai, and Daedroth Larder in Coldharbour.

I know this might not be very helpful but Patch 1.0.3 which was applied on 4/15/2014 has supposedly rectified the issues players might have had with activating the central Welkynd Stone. But seeing as the problem persist for you we recommend abandoning the quest and restarting it. I apologize for the frustration this would, of course, cause you.

That was my response about the quest issue. CLEARLY the fault must be OURS folks, because CLEARLY it's fixed. And clearly, we're too stupid to drop the quest and attempt several times because ...reasons.
