Repairs & Dungeons

Please put in an NPC that allows us to repair our gear in dungeons (more so in veteran dungeons). Ive used your repair kits and at 430 per kit to repair 1 item its extremely overpriced.
It’s just annoying having to wait for people to exit, port to town, repair and port back and then wait for the others who’ve not done it to do it also.
Not sure the cost of repairing v10 gear but v2 gear costs me around 1500 (all heavy).
Also while I’m on the topic of dungeons.... whats with the quest rewards? My group finally finished Fungal Grotto and some bosses didnt drop 1 rare between the 4 of us. This happend on 3 of the bosses and we came away with only 2 purple drops 1 blue drop and the rest were green and white (grand soul gems being the green drops).
