@Vanya I'm in a guild that likes to take things a bit easier a lot of the time, but then again, we are a bunch of old ferts that got tired of dealing with some of the speed obsessed younguns.

Let me know if you want an invite, plenty of folks that would be more than happy to tag along with you.

wish there is a narrative mode just to see dialogue and story without zero rewards, 3 instances today, rushed totally could not wait me 2 mins to read
    other player started to rage
i accidentaly pressed light attack for those boxes to move in Moonglade's grove instant saltyness
i was not in time at boss in 5 seconds complains
    we died rage again

i have pretty thick skin but there is clearn difference to be annoyed and to take it personally and be sensitive i m just hell of an annoying that in 95% of dungeons me still after 500 hours havent seen all of them cannot find 3 decent players i think it was just once to wait 5 minutes to someone to finish reading , this is impossible to fully immerise yourself and enjoy, some players like me reading and experiencing fully is importnat and i have issues finding people that will just take it slowly , everyone just rushes in like a crazed goat

i understand farming but when you are first time in something its not possible , it ruins experience , so many people complain and rage for little things, its unbelievable and just use lame language and i perfectly understand some people want to take it fastest possible to farm BUT THEY FORGET other people have other needs and ways too!

btw if you have a guild that would accept someone like me for more slower approach and emphasis on story can you invite me i m tried of these groups , first experience is important and especially trials , its so hard to find group or 3 that wont speed things up i dont want to blaze through mindlessly not for a long time at least.

i m lost and not experienced enough , Today I tried to advert in few regions for players that want to take it slowly, not a single response , I swear it srs.

p.S This was a normal dungeon! I can understand also pros in veteran hard mode that i will never reach and such attitude but cmon for us casuals to be treated in such way, some people have simply lost respect and way, if you are not on their level you are auto garbage or just usual toxicity begins. This is only complain i have no power in dungeons i cannot solo DLC ones, i can some older, but soloing DLC dungeons is beyond me and why would I solo something that is supposed to be enjoyable 4 man experience?? Literally today i got a response:

Dude solo it? you are kidding me right? Some people think anyone has a gear experience or time to solo things others can it has no logic, well myself I cannot.

PM me if you're on PC/NA. I'll do dungeons slowly with you. I'm the guy that solos them exactly because I want to explore every nook and cranny,, listen to dialog, and read books.

from my experience you dont have to even join a guild, just find one like minded person and you are good to go mate. im sure 2 people can do most of the dungeons on normal. Just here on this forum 3 or 4 people have already offered to do with you .

Yeah, i too would also suggest to the OP that they try to find ONE good friend that plays the game the same way, or does not mind to go slow pace for them in dungeons.

Finding a good guild can be challenging so i guess by the their words that they already tried joining guilds and had some bad experiences, then has to also adjust own schedules to the same where people in it run the dungeons and so on. And even in those, like in group finder, are those who have done the dungeons a thousand times so they rush through them. You know, for most that is the reason, of course there are those those who just seem like they go in on LFG tool to find reasons to fight with other people. They should come to PVP for that. ;)

I know there is a reason to vent out frustrations, it is LFG, it brings all sorts of emotions out of people, especially when some use it for Veteran DLC dungeons, that is where the real magic starts to happen when "tank" dies to 1st trash mob and "healer" is 30 meters away shooting Snipes with a bow. It is what it is, so best way to use LFG tool is to not use it mostly.

So as said, either try finding a decent guild even it can take some time or get friends (i know i know, even that can feel like Tinder at times), but a one good is enough if they are active and play the same times as you and do not mind helping out with the dungeons and you can then brave the dangers together. I've personally helped people in same kind of situations, even i mainly pvp, but i do still help out at pve if any friends need, gets to RP a mercenary (carrying someone through does not sound as glamorous as being a mercenary lol) sort of.. :p

Oh and hey - in a duo can trade the loot to fill those stickerbook empty slots faster. :)

My math is bad so please allow for slight differences. I pug tank daily and I'd say 80 percent is a fair run, 10 percent is outstanding, and 10 is not so good. Overall I have no issues. Now Bc2 vet tonight was very bad. I couldn't even get thegroup to listen to the corner cheese instructions. But hey, 90 percent is a blessing. Ps4 na. Sorry it's so bad for many. All the best.

Even though I have done these dungeons so many times, I prefer to go slower and loot every damn thing,
but I don't expect anyone will wait for me, even my own RL friends!

Does this annoy me? Yup, sometimes it does, but if I want to creep, then I have to do it alone, or wait til the run is over and backtrack (which I often will do if it's a good grocery dungeon!).

One of the aspects I truly do find abhorrent in this game is all the blind rushing about.
Also why I spend most of my time alone even tho my sig and rl friends play and I have my own guild -_-

It sucks that I have to completely ignore my natural instincts to 'run with the big boys' but that is the only way to get the achievs... upside only have to do that once; sticker book be damned xD

PS: There are a few dungeons that I personally find 'LOL' amusing to 'train' from point A to point B but I do that alone ^^

Man this is just absurd i joined one guild today, they could stop talking and putting pressure on me moment I joined especially leader with constant messages tons of them, i undertand social aspect but when that social aspect gets so high that you need to listen or just be pressurized or bombareded with billion messages is taking it too far and becomes distracting, thats one of the things I was afraid of ,some guilds take it too seriously they want to get really close they want you to use discord, other sties talk on voice , etc say all these questions applications wth ? cmon I am just so annoyed again that you get from extreme to another. I have no luck really .I cannot log to game and talk to someone for HOURS in chat or just listen banter on voice or if i wont respond there is upset and you think you are ignoring them. Some people escape to game to seek friends yes I understand but have to leave people to have peace a bit.

Its just ridiculous there has to be balance and pause and some manners out there, so imagine that someone forces you to come to discord and then you have to listen to thier baniter and all ,hell no. I felt awkward they called me family member ,what? I am a stranger in MMO i dont know nothing about these people or who is behind monitor or anything its just some people take gaming and these online friendship so seriously and they open themselves so much I am not that type of person I am not open on that level I feel awkward that they ask me questions about my life, work ,education etc etc what i done what I plan to do in rl kids, wtth? I am tired of it.

i think im going to stay solo for a while and try to form some guild with my GF thats what i will do I am already drained of drama, thanks for all help and those i did not replied or maybe I will in few days.

Yep, it can be that kind of extreme when joining a social guild. But there are also people/guilds who do not demand voice communications and none of the dungeons need that also.

All can be done in Veteran difficulty too without voice chat, in couple DLC last boss Vet HM versions VC can be handy, but those doable also without if all experienced. So only really Veteran Trials if doing those you'd be asked to actually use discord and so on.

Anyways, hope you find the right people, or as you said, make a guild yourself - can then gather there like-minded people and not demand discords and so on. You also get a guild bank then, a nice bonus storage to have. :)

Unfortunately, it is the nature of MMO. As with ESO, it is not just a video game, but also a social media. Such a social media platform, there will also be toxicity and negativity; because there are multitude of unpleasant and unfriendly people playing the game alongside friendly people. It just I have encountered more of those unpleasant and unfriendly types while playing ESO throughout the years than I would like. Oh yeah, practically the same here on this forum. Ha ha.

Despite all the damn nerfing of skills and characters throughout the years, I still enjoy the game, and the only way I can continue to enjoy ESO is playing the game without mic or having text chat on. I rarely do any team events, as more time than not, I always encounter unpleasant and unfriendly people; doesn't matter in guildchat, dungeons, trial or open world. Like the multitude of 420-friendly named characters frolicking around in the game; surely, you have to be high or drunk while playing the game to tolerate all the nonsense and toxicity going around in the game chats.
