Where /stuck does NOT work?? (sad face)

floorconub17_ESO
Exploring Cyrodill looking for elusive skyshard, I lost my footing on a slippery slope and fell between a manmade (ESO made) wall and the cliff. I'm 6'3 and the cliff I fell into was not enough to kill me but I can not turn around nor climb out. No where to go, cant go up, can't go down. so I type /stuck, says I can't use that here. What to do. I log out, log back in. Went fine till the final loading screen, Endless loading screen ( going on 20 minutes now). I guess since I'm stuck ESO has no idea where to reload me I guess. My first and only toon at 49 3/4 and I can't play. Sad face. Oh please ESO tell me why I can't use /stuck when I have no other choice.

Can you port to a friend outside Cyrodill? I can't remember if that's even an option.

Update, logged back into game, in same place as before down between a wall and cliff, did what ESO suggests by Guesting on another campaign. Loading screen is going on 20 minutes, never ending. I guess being stuck, this is NOT a viable option. ESO, Comments??

Unfortunately in Cyrodill you can't teleport at all unless you use one of the placed wayshrines. This means teleporting both inside and out of Cyrodill, including teleporting to a friend or guildmate... /stuck could deprive an enemy of a kill so I can see how it would have been disabled. I wish they had a /leave or an option to "leave" Cyrodill, even at the expense of not being able to enter for a few hours... especially for situations like this. Yikes though, definitely a scary thought. Good luck man :(

I had something similar happen the other day. I jumped off a keep wall, and got stuck in some weird corner. /reloadui did not help, logging didn't do it (was still in the crack of the wall when logging back in), and /stuck said I couldn't do that there and needed to contact support.

I contacted support and told them what happened, and quit the game. I don't know why I relaunched that character after that, I think to check something in my inventory, or to see if my husband and I were on the same scouting quest or something, but all was well, and I was magically unstuck. Hooray!

The next day, I loaded that character to find a GMhad transported me to Deshaan.

Moral: try quitting all the way out before sending a support ticket, or you may find yourself someplace you've never been.

Other moral: The very next time I logged in after sending a request for help, I had been helped. Positive move forward from the CS staff!

    Hello,

I got myself stuck in a hole in Cyrodiil quite a while ago as well.

Just pan your camera around until you and your background (walls, cliffside, etc.) are visible.

Then use the support-ticket in game.
There should be some kind of "category" that points out that you are stuck.
Describe your situation, mention that you are in Cyrodiil and cannot use /stuck.
    Click Screenshot button.

When that happend to me it was during "off-hours", took about ~3 minutes to get a loading screen and be back to pve-areas.
Later I found an email (real life, not in game) which told me that I had been moved in responce to my support ticket.

tl;dr: use the right tools, and you'll be fixed quickly

    Regards,
    Sestar

Did you try to teleport to a wayshrine? You have 2 available in Cyro. Will cost u 150 gold but is a small price for a big problem :)

Two suggestions. Try to mount a horse. Odd, I know, but it worked. Two, try to go to a guest server.

UPDATE, after trying various of the above ideas some suggested to teleport to a person on my team, I asked a guildy to team up and low and behold it WORKED. I still think ESO should have some sort of safety warning beacons at dangerous holes, traps and/or tricks or run the risk of government intervention ;) ps Thanks to the Dev/helper/guardian who did respond via email to my situation within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are stuck in Cyrodiil just join the guest campaign, it will put you in one of your two home keeps.
