✭Rarest item(s) in game is/are likely Trueflame and Hopesfire, a pair of one handed swords that players could very very VERY rarely find while fishing in Stonefalls near Ash Mountain. The items' ability to drop was removed from game a little under one month of the game's release, but the players who were unfathomably lucky enough to find them were able to keep them in their original unique models. They now exist as v1-v14 swords that drop rarely from the vanilla veteran dungeons, but have bland Daedric style now. You can google it and see what it looks like

✭Nothing that rare to my knowledge. Sold a couple of soulshine rings ages ago and haven't seen any since, but I'm sure you can still get them. And I have a couple of pieces of necropotence, but that's not that rare cos you can still pick it up. I don't know where though, can't remember where I got them.
Slightly off topic but kind of on the subject of rare; what are those grey items you pick up that get you to type in "DELETE" if you want to delete them? Should I be deleting them?
