NPCs you want to see again (that haven't already been brought back) - as of Blackwood

So which NPC that has (as of 2021) only appeared once in the game would you like to see again?

I would not like any NPCs to be brought back. Tamriel is supposed to be huge continent, yet everywhere you go, you see same people, like you've never left your neighborhood. Zones aren't that big to begin with, and it makes world feel even smaller than it is.

Kazdi in Shadowfen (the renegade assistant of the Big Bad of the zone), because he was hilarious.

His answer to being asked how to kill the boss, ""Open sealed door, squash [boss] flat, wash foot" is one of the best lines in the game.

There are several NPCs I would like to see again, even if they partly already came back or are "somewhere else", e.g. Verandis, Fennorian, Revus Demnevanni, Walks-Softly, Leythen, Xukas

Good question! Some characters I believe have only appeared in one zone that I remember liking are:

- Anyone who hasn't recurred from the Thieves Guild or Dark Brotherhood guilds
- Rulorn (Neramo's abandoned brother at Stros M'kai)
- Glooredel (Reaper's March, Vinedusk Village alchemist)
- Flies-In-Wind (Orsinium MQ)
- Vazbi (Northern Elsweyr, S'rendarr's Cradle)
- Malkur Valos (Coldharbour, various quests)

That's all I can think of at the moment!

^ Generally any Argonian character from the base game, that was only seen in the base game. Those 2 are just examples of the ones that I still remember as they were well designed, memorable characters that have a huge potential to return as recurring npcs (but there are probably plenty more in the base game).

I mean I won't lie, I was hoping that with Blackwood (Argonian homeland, hello?!) we will have at least one Argonian recurring npc from the base game... but nope, Argonians in Blackwood were pushed aside and are more like a background... I wish they got same level of attention as Khajiits got in Elsweyr... (Khajiit is also one of my favourite race in TES games).
