I have pre-purchased the game when it was first announced. I played for a while. Now, I'm considering coming back to the game. Since I pre-purchased, I have certain perks to my account (being able to create any race under any faction) and I don't want to lose those perks. However, I also want to move my game to steam due to localization prices. If I buy the game again on steam, and connect my original ESO account, do I lose my perks? How does this work? Even though I don't like the idea of buying the game for a second time, I've made my peace with it, if it means I get to keep my perks.
