I have two computers, a laptop and a desktop, and when I log out of one then log into the other later, I am asked for an access code emailed to me.
At first this was an annoyance, but then it started happening almost every time I logged in, even on the same machine as last time.
Today, I was asked for the access code, copied it from the email, and was told it was incorrect and now I have to wait 10 minutes?
My 180 day subscription will begin in a few days... the next time this happens I'll cancel it, and wait to subscribe when this isn't happening anymore.
Please let me know if there is a fix, as when the game lets me in, it's fun.

dawnhawk✭✭✭I had the same thing happen (though I didn't copy/paste so not that problem).
Though - when you copy and paste from an email be careful - you can sometimes get a "space" when you copy/paste from an html email if there is a nbsp in the html and that will cause it to be incorrent (it counts as a character). That's the same copy and pasting into any form.0 -
plambert_ESOSoul ShrivenStill happening. Typed it in with all caps, and lowercase, verified every single letter.
Cancelled my subscription. I'll check the game out someday when they've figured out how to let people login.
