ZOS: Connect Blackwood to Neighboring Zones! (Or, All Roads Lead to Cyrodiil)

Interesting because according to lore, Blackwood is supposed to directly connect with Cyrodiil. As I learned, Bravil is supposed to be located in Blackwood itself. Yet in ESO, Cyro and Blackwood are separated by A rather large gap that should not exist.

That's for gameplay reasons, since there's no mechanical way in or out of Cyro without wayshrine travel and if they put the border too close to the PvP zone they'd need to come up with a reason why you could be handing in a quest in the PvE zone and not see the potential army raging just across the river.

The gap between Northern and Southern Elsweyr bugs me the most, as Western Skyrim and Markarth are seamlessly connected, while these two just...... have the gap... and a huge one at that!

I've been hopeful they'd add prologue quests or something to those small gaps, kind of like they just added Greyhome up in the North or that something-something small area for the Murkmire prologue. (In GW2, there are unfilled areas too, but there's only one annoying gap I can think of right now, which looks like a size they could use in a Living World Episode in the future.)

Or yeah, ZoS could just expand the areas to be mountains, if that's what there is.

The fact that Eastmarch is in Morrowind annoys me more than the gaps tbh.

My question now is, what is stopping them from just going in now and changing the map to remove the gaps or just add them to the zone they should already be a part of?

Unless they are saving these little areas for future small dlc.
