are Templar jabs sconsidered AoE?

howdy folks,
as the title says, are the (stamina) Templar jabs considered AoE and thus being buffed by the Dagon's Dominion set? thinking about making a solo build with VO and Master's 2H for the shield and more damage. any and all info will be much appreciated.
p.s.: IMO it is (AoE), just making sure..
