Horse dismount in riften

At this spot close to the market place in riften i dismount my horse everytime

its a lag thing pretty sure, happens when there are alot of people in the zone and around you

It isn't lag. It happens every single time you try to ride your horse between those two crates in Riften.

It seems that the collision area for the crates is too large, and when you hit that collision box while on a horse, you are automatically dismounted.

I actually think thats caused by the area being considered indoors. WoW had this problem in some places with a cave under it for a very long time.

This should be an implemented mechanic when entering all towns and villages.

If the game considers the area between two sets of crates as being indoors, then there is most certainly a bug with the area.

I think it is phasing related bug.

I notice it a lot in places that are "under siege" when you first arrive. You are not allowed to mount in the area. However, after the siege is resolved, you can mount in the area but for some reason they still force a dismount as you approach certain spots.

This happens a lot around Haven, to an annoying degree. I am to the point where I know exactly where I will be dismounted on all of the approaches to Haven.
