Should there be one more role in ESO?

We can also agree to disagree.

    Not really.

Agree to disagree works when the two opinions have no tangible effect on the person with the opposing viewpoint.

Your suggestion here would introduce a substantial change to this games mechanics and player gameplay behavior. Players can be entirely opposed to this idea without having to accept it as just a disagreement, because any change would directly impact them.

It isn't the build it's my reflexes.

Yeah, that is why you should start with Heavy Armour, ranged combat & one bar, and with experience you are gaining, you can slowly move towards light/medium builds, melee fight and bar swaps. In both, pve & pvp contents.

I voted no to hybrid role because too often a hybrid build is one that is kinda okay at doing two roles, but is not good enough at a singular role to warrant a dedicated slot. There are very rare exceptions to the rules, and those exceptions generally involve a healer hybrid, where the character is either a tanky healer, or a healer that can throw down some DPS. Tanky DPS may "exist" in that there are DPS that are harder to kill, but they've sacrificed something in order to get that extra survivability, and what they've sacrificed id their ability to do more damage - either because of low sustain, or low damage stats due to the use of heavy armor, or not enough damaging skills equipped.

By definition, hybrid characters have no specific role, because they are kinda "okay" enough to fit into two different roles. It can work with a good team built around them - for instance, my templar offtank is way better for 3dps 1 tank configurations than my DK tank because he offers better group support and healing, but the tradeoff of less damage reduction in return for more healing capability only works out if the DPS is on point. Otherwise, things don't die fast enough, and my hybrid tank is dead. But even then, that is more to do with group composition, something you just can't be choosy about when you are using the activity finder.

For example, if I qued up with my templar offtank and got 3 suboptimal DPS players in a hard dungeon, my tank may be pretty much worthless.

In sum, hybrid build players simply need to accept that a hybrid build is not optimal for group play in most circumstances, and thus, the activity finder should not cater to them. If you want to play a hybrid build, by all means, play how you want, but then you should try to have a premade group to optimize the benefit of your hybrid build within a particular role.

No one is bullying you. You are entering into content you are unprepared for and burdening 3 other players. They do not have to accept that and have every right to kick you for being a burden. Show up prepared, or do not show up at all. You don't have a right to ruin 3 other players experience because you think you are entitled to do content.

Because is on thing to use swear language or be inactive those are the only pliable kicking offenses according to Microsoft. No one is perfect not everyone is as good or bad as you and me to treat them like garbage just because they aren't good enough is wrong. But if they are toxic using swear words or just inactive for more than 5 minutes then it ok to kick them sometimes the game crashes deering dungeons it's happened to me quite slot.

Being a burden means not being by the group right for example a member who was there in the beginning of the dungeon but is far behind while the rest of the group is up far a head right.

    No.

If you cant do damage, cant tank and cant heal properly then you are a burden to your group.
And the only right thing to do there is to kick you, because by entering a dungeon like that you pretty much put your experience over the experience of anyone else in that group and absolutely disrespect them.

You are not entitled to be carried by your group, just because you are too bad or unwilling to get a build that is able to perform its role properly.

Stop crying and thinking that you are the only player whose opinion and experience matters....

Lot people just like to rush a dungeon I like to explore and loot some people dislike that so I wait until the dungeon is complete then I go and fully explore the dungeon I have found many chests like that.

Now this I understand, because I personally like to go through the story. What I do for the first run of the dungeon, is go in with friends, normal me (Tank/DPS) and another person (Healer/DPS). We have an understanding that we will be going through all the lines, and we don't rush, and I works out well.

I don't play in a group and therefore don't get angry or disappointed with other players. Sure, I can't solo all of the group dungeopns/content, but that's ok, I don't have to do everything. There are also enough group dungeons that you can complete on your own and you can see it as a challenge at your own pace.
