Darkness in Dialogs

So, it's sunny in the game, but every time I enter a dialog it gets dark. Even with all addons turned off. Anyone else have this happen?

✭Sorry to get back to you so late. My dialogue does not turn dark when its a sunny day but it is darker than out of dialogue. Its not as light as say when you are out in the sunshine.0
