Darkness in Dialogs

So, it's sunny in the game, but every time I enter a dialog it gets dark. Even with all addons turned off. Anyone else have this happen?

    Sorry to get back to you so late. My dialogue does not turn dark when its a sunny day but it is darker than out of dialogue. Its not as light as say when you are out in the sunshine.
