When you leave Balfiera a cinematic now plays. I chose Bleakrock and got scenes from the plane meld and Main Quest.
Nothing else in Tutorial seems to have changed.
They didn't change the place you get put in the base game. The tutorial put me in Bleakrock, with no sign of the hooded figure. The Wailing Prison still dropped me right back into Bleakrock again.

✭✭✭✭✭This is unfortunately working as intended that ZOS did not give players a way to jump straight into the original Coldharbor start.
If you want to do that, the most efficient way is to choose one of the Chapter zones, head straight for the nearby wayshrine, go to your starter city, and do the Hooded Figure's quest.0
