Hybrid stat passives, Sword and Board got forgotten?

1H and Shield has a passive called Sword and Board, and it has the following effect: Increases your Weapon Damage by 5% and the amount of damage you can block by 20%.
Now all other passives provide both weapon and spell damage, why is this one left untouched? Please change this to provide both weapon and spell damage like all other passives!
Edit: Others confirmed that it is only forgotten in the patch notes

There are WAY more Magicka characters using Sword and Shield than there are Magicka Werewolves.8 -

LOL, seriously.when I was new, somehow I managed to try out werewolf on a magicka character and vampire on my main Stam sorc. For the longest time, I was like, "Man, why do werewolf and vampire suck?"
Then I tried werewolf on a Stam character and was like "Oh. Oh! That's what it's supposed to feel like!"2 -

CaperGuy✭✭✭I feel like when I just logged in and was skimming the sword and board tree, it did say weapon and spell damage, not just weapon damage. I could be wrong though, just logged out.
