None of these new sets are going to overcome the massive amount of HpS groups can output by stacking RR, Echoing Vigor, etc. Their health bars will still be immovable as they troll around the walls, until they are lagged out and zerged by a 60+ faction stack. Is this really what ZOS wants group PvP to look like?
