Hey all I am very concerned and very scared as eso is my life being on a raiding team for the new trial! I am very upset to not have gotten a email or anything when I have no idea what’s going on with my pc account. I was able to play one it two days ago and now I can’t! I went to log in and it’s says I’m suspended! With no email as to why! IT HAS TO BE A MISS UNDERSTANDING PLEASE 😭 I need help! Ticket# 210709-002830

jeez man, don't scare them. The account mentioned was corrupted while trying to fix an achievement, not suspended.8 -

Like I said, I’m not saying that’s what happened here but who knows what spurious message the system throws up if something similar happens.In short: support logs onto the main character, corrupts it and the account somehow (could only make guesses as to the exact mechanics), locks the character (or the character gets locked automatically by what is normally their anti-exploit feature).
Result: primary character locked and inaccessible, preview shows signs of corruption.
It’s better to face up to the potential reality and, hopefully, get a better outcome. Many of us are now scared because ZOS can’t or won’t protect and secure players’ data.Edited by GenjiraX on July 10, 2021 5:37AM2 -
I spend so much time a day and week! Along with spending my money on the game and I help in game carries I’m terrified as to what is going on! I really feel whatever it is, is a misunderstanding! Please ZOS no email or anything I’m SCARED! I just want my account back so bad 😔

For some of us it’s what we thoroughly enjoy and I’m sorry you don’t get that out of this game! If you haven't, I'd suggest posting in the Bug Report forum as well. General Discussion sees a lot of turnover and its easier for threads to get lost. The immediate goal should be to see if one of the ZOS folks here can check on your ticket and make sure it's in the right place and that you would have gotten an email in response. No one from ZOS is going to discuss the suspension here on the forums, but they should be able to help guide you through the Support team's process.

I didn't mean to imply it was illegal. But if several people were giving you lots of gold and then you were giving lots of gold to others, it may have triggered some anti cheat AI.1 -
