Every support email includes a link to a page that isn't there.

Every time I get an email from support, it includes a link saying...
To access your question from our support site..
or To add to or update your request.. or similar...
And a link
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/account/questions/detail/ -blah, the specific incident -

But so far, that link has Never worked, and replying to the mail directly gets a response about One time in Ten.

So what are we expected to do to add details as they are needed?

    Find another way to solve your problem.
    Forum/google search.
    90% of support team just copy paste some random templates.

    If you rlly want to add details just do what first mail sad:
    If your issue has not been resolved, you can respond directly to this email.

    That's the problem, doing that almost never gets a response. It just leads to waiting out the time til they send the message that the ticket is Closed since I hadn't updated.
