Gold Coast has minotaurs.

There are a few southeast of Windhelm, across the river. You pass them on the way to the Eastmarch Bogrul quest if you use the non-Windhelm wayshrine option.

Instanced so you don't have to fight anyone else over finding him and he's literally right inside the very first gate right off the bat.

I somehow got it for killing Lughar, one of the mini bosses in Bonesnap Ruins. He's an ogre so apparently ogres are giants.

I made it an adventure. My EU AD character did not have the Mountain Skyshard Hunter achievement. What does this have to do with giants?

Get the achievement and kill the giant named Malvor.

The location of White Fall Mountain in Cyrodiil
It's in EP territory northeast of Arrius Keep.

The location of a tunnel entrance.

Follow the path after entering the tunnel until you find this door.

Go through the door and if Malvor is alive, change that and get endeavors .. and, if you have not got them previously, an achievement, a skyshard, and a chest if it is spawned.

Mount up and make a flying leap off the mountain to death port back to base.
