Every time I get an email from support, it includes a link saying...
To access your question from our support site..
or To add to or update your request.. or similar...
And a link
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/account/questions/detail/ -blah, the specific incident -
But so far, that link has Never worked, and replying to the mail directly gets a response about One time in Ten.
So what are we expected to do to add details as they are needed?
