How do I post pics/videos to the forum?

Can someone explain to me how to do this? Not the picture or video that requires a link, but one that is viewable on the forums?

Thank you!

For pictures I use Imgur and you can copy the BBC code here to display the picture.

I don't know about videos as I have never posted one.

Host them somewhere else and then link to them here.

For example, you can link YouTube videos like this:

    Example:

The video key that goes between the two tags is the portion
that comes after the v= in the video url
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swKtpGUqJV0

As for images, you need to find a service where you can upload images, then link to them here using the image icon above.
For example, the little waving smiley below is actually hosted on one of my guilds website.

Also, how can I edit the videos? For example removing names from a video to avoid name shaming.

Is Windows Movie Maker still a thing? Used to be free with the Essentials.

I think Photoshop now also supports simple movie editing ...

Looks like they merged some of the old Movie Maker functionality into the new Microsoft Photos App.
It has a "Video Editor" tab. No idea if it is any good though.
