Ok i have found the cause of the problem i just can't fix it. It seems that for some reason my keyboard does not register the pressed buttons as push and hold, it starts spamming them, thus i can not activate my quickslots, my movement is buggy and if i hold a skill button it will log me out of the game and register message spam. I guess since walking and the mount are at top speeds my animation does not get glitched. I noticed it when i wanted to switch my food lol.
I tried everything , my keyboard is fine , works perfectly in other games and guild wars 2 for example. For some reason in Eso it is acting as if i am typing meaning if i hold "W" for example it will start registering input after input wich glitches the game. I moved my movement control from W to my mouse button and no problem. I tried going from borderless window to fullscreen no change, validated the game again no change. This started happening right after the update.
Just an example of what should happen:
If i press and hold "2" which is my quickslot button
Normaly it should register one input right after i release it , meaning 1 input
Now however, it registers the input the moment i push it and proceeds to spam it and i can see my icon blinking every 0.5 seconds. Ended up wasting like 10 food over this crap
