Hi, I'm slightly confused at the moment as I can not access my account in any way. After reading a few related issues I believe I should start my story here: I was questing in Eastmarch when my horse ran over a pile of rocks/into a canopy tent thing and all of a sudden flew up into the air. I thought it was hilarious as my character and horse supermanned 15km above the zone. Anyway, after about 30 seconds of this I decided to use the /stuck command and resume gameplay. I spawned at an as yet undiscovered wayshrine and used it to port myself to the closest one to my quest. After a few minutes of normal play I was logged out and when I tried to log back in I was given the error message that my log in information was incorrect. I had been hacked once before a few years ago in Warcraft so I immediately figured it was that and tried to log into the website to change my password. However the website says that I had been Suspended from the site and could not log in. I've since put a ticket in to customer support for a callback and now posting this thread in order to explore all avenues to remedy this issue.

It is possible that my account was hacked, somehow, although it's highly unlikely it would have come from my end as my machine and email are very secure. If this is a random suspension because my horse decided to fly through the air while I was playing the game as intended. Then as a paying customer, and one who had beta tested the game as well as gave quality feedback as a game artist myself. I would expect this to be remedied immediately. I don't even use add ons, let alone attempt to hack or exploit the game.

So far I've lost 30 minutes of play time tonight. Which is nothing to cry about. Please fix this as soon as possible, or at least make an attempt to contact me and let me know exactly what's going on with my account. Whether it's been hacked, or suspended for collision glitching and shooting my character 15km above the zone.
