Yeah it's been happening noticeably since Blackwood.
For me, especially in the Blackwood zone. So it might be related to server lag.
Not sure if it's the companions' damage registering late or not, I've been trying to level them to max for the collectible.
Has anyone else noticed that lately there are times when you kill an enemy, but they don't actually go down right away... they stop moving, but continue to show health for a few seconds before they finally drop. It's quite annoying because I keep attacking and wasting resources until I realize that they're actually dead. Many times I know when my Companion stops attacking, that the enemy is actually dead.

I usually can't use (single targeted) skills on those. It is strange doesn't feel good.
