    I have had the exact same problem. I am trying to resolve a crash issue with CS and may mail keeps bouncing back. I tried sending another ticket in game but the game crashed as soon as I pressed F1 ... sigh

    I too had this problem two hours ago. The email was in regards to my ticket regarding getting hit with the bank bug. I was/am starting to worry because twice during the email corespondence I was asked for personal information regarding my account. The questions definitely seemed like typical phishing questions but because they were in a reply to a support email I sent through a link on this site I gave them anyway. Getting a

    This really got me worried, especially after having been hacked in an online game before.

    I am also getting this message. Since I waited 12 days to get a response at all, I guess I am not surprised that something has come up to prevent me from speaking to customer service... which will of course force the ticket closed if I can't respond within 7 days.

    I have been asked for one of four details from my account to verify my identity before CS would handle my tickets, I believe this is normal. The things to worry about would be asking for your password or full credit card number.

    I have been having this same issue, I've been updating through sending in additional tickets with a reference to the previous ones (including reference #s) because I cannot reply to the emails. Not very efficient for your support staff I am sure.

    Have the same problem. I tried to reply to both of my 2 tickets about the bank issue that hasn't been resolved after 14+ days but both bounced back.

    At this point I think my credit card will also bounce back when it's time to subscribe in a few days.

    I have been having the same problem. but I eventually worked out what "opening a new ticket" involves.

    Temporary solution:
    1. create a new email to eso_help@helpmail.elderscrollsonline.com
    2. Include your [Incident: *********] number should be in the subject of the support email they sent you.

    The email won't bounce. It will be a new ticket but will reference your issue as long as you include the Incident number.

    a represenative from the forum moderators was kind enough to take my info/response to my support tickets and pass them along to the support team. i still however, have not heard back from support which is really frustrating.

    it is absurd that their ticket system has been down for 4 days now.

    @Stravokov you can also try https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask?phone and ask them to call you back. I used this successfully and got some nice fellow to help me out, the problem is not fixed yet but it was much better than the frustration I was feeling with not being able to communicate with support at all.

    i cant call them during the work week. i get home at 9:30 PM, and i wake up at 12pm and back to work.

    Fair enough, but you don't call them, they call you. The only reason I mention it is because I was not aware of that service. I live in Australia and I was not keen to spend time and money calling them.

    i just got a response from someone at Support not 10 minutes ago asking me to reply with a time frame for tomorrow.... dont they know by now that NO ONE can reply to them?!

    how am i supposed to reply to that? so frustrating!
