Can't discover delves or caves

So been playing the last couple days. I completed a delve and finished a quest within the delve, but the location is still showing as black on my map. Same thing happened with a cave just now. I went in and explored the entire thing but it's still showing as black on the map as well.

Is this some feature of the game where certain things can't be discovered, or this is a bug?

Never happened before this past week.

A similar thing just happened with an orc stronghold in Wrothgar. Except this time my character DID discover it and I got the XP for it, but the symbol is still black on the map, it never changed over to white.

Are you killing the delve boss? That's what will clear the delves.

Hey there Lucifer,

So I figured it out. Yeah, it's exactly what you said! I had cleared delves previously as well as done stuff in towns and cities, and they did turn white but it was only when I had completed a major quest line in the city or as you said killed the delve bosses.

I thought for some reason that the symbols turned white as soon as you discovered them. Never noticed that that didn't happen until you actually clear it. The delve I did the other night I had gone through and explored the whole thing but I never actually killed the boss before I left.

But now I know they stay black until you actually accomplish the main task or tasks in each one.
