Seeing as how I'm getting zero response from anyone who could help just go ahead and delete this thread.
This is EXTREMELY frustrating. I am attempting to equip two pieces of VR1 gear that I got out of the bags the blacksmith sells. The only problem being the game is telling me I'm not a high enough level, despite the fact that I'm at VR1. These kinds of things are what make people quit games.

Yup, already did main story. Finished off the Ebonheart Pact quest line and now I'm in Daggerfall.0
