Booted from Server.

Lately I've been having issues with the game booting me from the server for "Spam." Every time this happens I have extremely bad internet lag, my character doesn't move on my boyfriends screen but she moves on mine. As soon as I stop lagging I am able to swing my weapon etc. But right after that my character will go invisible and the game kicks me for Spamming/hitting message rate limit.
This has been happening to me for the past 4 days now. I have sent in a ticket and the CSR told me he checked my chat logs and I'm spamming.
At the time of this major lagfest I do not say anything in chat, I am simply trying to move, or I am in combat and trying to activate skills.
Unfortunately I am unable to fix the piece of crap internet I am forced to call comcast.
Is there anything that can be done about this? If I keep getting booted for spam I am at risk of having my account suspended. And I definitely don't want that.

Could it be that when it lags you are pressing the enter key to try and get some life back into it, and this is putting you in the chat window without realising, hence when it stops lagging, it sees multiple chat entries ?

I was messing around on my logitec G 510 key board assigning various emotes to its G keys. I tried setting a few common chat commands too.

Was testing it in guild chat, pressed the same key about 5 or 6 times in a row and each time it put the word "hey" into the chat window.

If i remember correctly I simply assigned the following to the key, "enter" , "hey", "enter"

It came up in guild chat with 5 or 6 "heys" and then threw me out for spamming

Hence I only use the G keys for emotes.

But i was surprised how few chat entries in quick succession were needed to get booted.

Sometimes the simple solutions are the best.Have you or your BF tried upgrading your memory on the computer.Sometimes you can have a bad connection and still get a decent game by simply upgrading memory say you have min req mabie 2 k mem find max for comp and go as close as you can to getting max say max is 8 k try getting 4-6k you will get a better loading and game out of it from doing this.
yes i realize memory cost money and some peeps have trouble affording it try online you can find excellent deal on amazon and such.

anyways gl hope this helps some
