The Voidcaller Set not being triggered by Blood For Blood and Blood Frenzy skills?

With the new golden rings this weekend I was excited to test if the vampire skills which do damage to you would trigger stacks of Voidcaller set to more reliably get the bonus.
It seems that taking damage from these skills does not add stacks.
This set has been aching for a nice build and seems to be a shoehorn for the vampire skills. Is this a bug?

This set is a copy-paste of Fury and skills that cost health, like Equilibrium, Blood Altar and vampire stuff has never proc it, you have to take an actual damage.Edited by Wyrd88 on June 20, 2021 11:59PM0 -

That's a pity, it would've made it a fun set to use with off-beat skills. Hopefully a revision is in order.0
