Quest: Report to Marbruk - Bugged
For the final step where you have to talk to the Queen in her Residence, she doesn't spawn. It's been like this for a few days now, and I've already submitted a /bug and talked to customer support, however, I'm unsure what to do now since she didn't spawn with the server maintenance still.

It seems to be caused by completing the quest where she must go to where Namon's shade is and defeat it first, because then she's in two places at once. However, abandoning the quest and retaking it doesn't fix it.0
