Cannot Login to my account on the website to Resub

For the last 2 days I've tried to RE-Sub for Blackwood but cannot get to the account page. I've reset the password several times after getting the email prompts to select a new password, and it's not working saying User-ID or password not correct. Oddly enough I logged directly into the Forums with my old password no problem.
