Hi Support,

I'm having issues with purchasing blackwood. I've checked with my credit card provider and they say there is no issue. I try and raise a support ticket with ESO and it won't log me in.

I can log into the game with no issue, I was asked to reset my password on the forums (here) no issue there but then I try and log into help.elderscrollsonline.com it fails.

Can someone please raise a support request on my behalf so that I can log into the support system to raise a ticket?
