Western Skyrim Survey count error

I'm cleaning up my surveys and twice now, once with alchemy, this one enchanting, my log shows 4 surveys but only two achieved and the other 2 vanish from log. Western Skyrim.

Oh ha...
I'm sorry hearing that you all lost so many surveys. If I count the total my friend had who noticed the bug we only lost 4 together.
I basicly provoked getting affected by the west skyrim survey bug so I could share a video with the support and get informations on how to inform the eso community.
Sadly I doubt we get compensated or our lost surveys back. The support said they can't return the lost surveys to us.0 -

On west Skyrim or an other location? I try to check all kind of other locations to see if a problem occurs. Vvardenfell, Craglore and Glenumbra are save as far as I can tell.0 -
Lerozain✭✭✭✭This is a deal-breaker for crafters. I had this happen two days ago with x2 blacksmithing surveys and x2 enchanting surveys.
Looted one set of nodes then the second copy of the survey was deleted along with the first.
I'm not doing ANY surveys until they've address whatever bug is causing this.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I had this in WSkyrim too. Pretty well all of my surveys were consumed two-at-once for each craft. Haven't tried any other surveys since then.
I also had one of the clothing ones where only one of the 6 nodes even spawned in the first place.0 -
Lerozain✭✭✭✭Seems as though this one might've slipped through the last patch. I saw Blackwood survey nodes were repositioned but nothing about this problem.0
