I was just about to post a thread about this.

You actually do get the correct number of writ vouchers as your reward, but the display where it shows you what you'll get by turning in the reward says 0 vouchers.

If you go ahead and turn it in anyway, the popups in the bottom right corner of the screen that show what was added to your inventory will show that you actually did receive the proper number of vouchers, and you'll see the vouchers in your inventory currency lists when you interact with a banker and select the writ vouchers currency option so you can deposit them.

This happened to me twice today, once on PC EU for a master writ that was supposed to give 29 vouchers, and on PC NA for a master writ that was supposed to give 7 vouchers. In both cases the dialog text indicated that I would receive 0 vouchers for turning in the writs, but when I turned them in I received 29 vouchers and 7 vouchers as expected.

Yep. Freaked out when I saw that flash up when I was rushing through menus, luckily was only a small alchemy writ and did reward the 5 vouchers. Then it happened again with the next writ, so I took a screenshot, and the one after. Glad it's only a visual issue. Are anyone's writs not bugged?

PC/NA. I previously turned in one of the writs that was bugged without asking for a set piece. Any relation now that's fixed perhaps? I can't think of any other potentially useful info to provide

If it’s just a UI issue, as several players have said, then it will be on the back burner for ZOS to fix, since you are still getting your vouchers in that case.
