Bastians with interact Icon over heads

I was just up on a dolmen and not all of them but at least half dozen of the Bastians show the icon over their heads... is this a bug ? if it is I hope they fix it soon.

✭They're aware and working on getting it fixed in a future patch. They haven't said if it will be the next one though.PC NA, CP2500+. Character creation is the true endgame.1 -

The quest markers pop up when you interact with something. So if more companions arrive later, they won't have the marker until you interact with something again (kill something, loot something, harvest something, etc.).
