    Right now it is unplayable for me. Even if a tacert shows around 200 ms, ingame is a couple of seconds (or worse). NPC move at high speed, then stop, repeat.
    Try to open a crate, nothing happens. 3 or four second later, you get loot.

    Try to crouch, nothing happens. Try again and then you crouch and get up again.
    Tried to fight a boss... guess what happened? It's hard to dodge an attack if you were already hitted when you notice the need to dodge.

    Lag is ruining game at the moment.

    Open resource manager and check your latency there. This is mine when doing nothing. Around 180-220ms

    The game has been totaly unplayable for me for about a year! It was okay befor that with only new patches messing me up where I had to figure out what to do to fix it. I since totaly uninstalled the game and downloaded it and reinstalled it but it still crap. My isp is fast and the same one I had for 10 years. I get 1-20ms speeds inside the country and around 60-80 in europe. With my newest isp speed I so far have no big problems elsewhere. But this game just hangs up loading taking forever and once inside it starts out around 200ms and fast goes to 400--600ms and stays there. Making the gamea totaly unplayable. I just spend a few hours trouble shooting runing a ton test and research. Read this whole post. Two things I belive. One eso went from bad to worse. And I notice that all my problem hops that time out are AT&T. And I also notice alot of the ones tested here are to. And realy-- it is ESO job to fix the problem not ours!
