Dragonknight Passives Bugged

The Elder Dragon passive from Draconic Power is currently bugged, specifically the part of the passive that increases the range on melee attacks. The range is supposed to be increased by 2 meters, however it feels as though the passive is not working. The range for abilities such as Puncture, Lava Whip, and Searing Strike still feel like they only work within 5 meters as opposed to the 7 meters displayed on the tooltip when you have the Elder Dragon passive. Some friends of mine tested this comparing the ranges of a Dragonknight's melee attacks and another class's and the Dragonknight had the same range as the other class. This is a very serious issue as it hinders the effectiveness of the Dragonknight class as a whole, but specifically Dragonknight Tanks and Magicka Dragonknights.

Additionally, the Helping Hands passive from Earthen Heart doesn't always seem to activate. I can't say for sure if this passive is bugged but it felt sometimes like I wasn't receiving stamina when activating an Earthen Heart ability, specifically Obsidian Shield.

    The above screenshot is WITHOUT Elder Dragon passive, so the 5m range. It's the very edge, one step backward and I can't use whip or embers.

    The above screenshot is WITH Elder Dragon passive, taking a tiny step backward. It's 100% broken. Please fix, I can't play my magDK like this.

    Okay, I thought i was going crazy the last couple days when i was fighting and it felt like i had to be way closer than usual. Glad to know it wasnt just me (although im sad to see a bug causing this ofc)

    I also noticed this last night on my magDK in vHOF, and when I asked my fellow magDK in the group he said he noticed it too. I didn't feel it on my 2H/DW stamDK though which I've been putting a lot more hours in overland and in Rockgrove.

    It also seems to be affecting SOME melee abillites, but not all of them. Below is me just out of range of Wrecking and Executioner, melee attack will not hit at this range so assuming this is >7m.

    Here I'm a bit closer, Wrecking is castable but Executioner is not. Melee attack does land at this range so assuming this is between 5m and 7m. Venomous Claw on my back bar (other morph of burning embers which I noticed was not getting full range on magDK) also cannot be activated.

    A little closer and all these abilities can be activated. Probably safe to say this is <5m.

    This was the first thing I noticed when I logged on today after the PS4 patch. This is a pretty massive bug for Magdk viability, especially in pvp. So glad we have to wait 2 weeks minimum for a fix. And that's assuming Zos has even acknowledged it yet.

    Edit: The way I confirmed this was by comparing the range of whip to the radius of talons. I have to be standing closer to land whip than to land talons, when talons has a 6 meter radius and whip a 7 meter range.

    Also while we're at it, please fix engulfing. It still doesn't fire for me if I'm moving forward at certain diagonals.
