Unable to access Blackwood

I bought a standard Blackwood upgrade for Xbox on May 31st which shows properly on both my account and billing history. However the new wayshrine does not show up and Blackwood doesn't show up in my collection so I can’t access the starter quest.

    Not happy about the lack of support. I requested Microsoft to refund my purchase.

    Blackwood doesn't release for consoles till June 8. Today is just PC/Mac release...

    Thanks. I did not know that. I have not played in awhile. I forgot that the pc release comes out first before the console release.
