Cannot log into Account

Every time I try to log in I keep seeing "Session expired for your security. Please refresh the page to continue."
I tried Chrome and Firefox. I cleared domain cookies and cache. I don't know how to log into my account.
I play from Steam.
Can you guys please fix these log-in issue? It's like every other month there's some issue with the account log in page.
